Vendor Access
Fly2High operates under a restricted contributor model. We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke vendor access at any time.
- Only approved vendors may submit content
- Vendor approvals are rare and granted at the sole discretion of the Fly2High team
- Most products are developed internally by Fly2High
- Unsolicited submissions are not accepted
Vendor Responsibilities
- Own or have full rights to all submitted content
- Ensure no unauthorized third-party assets are included
- Maintain Fly2High's quality standards
- Comply with all applicable licenses and agreements
Vendors may not:
- Misrepresent ownership of content
- Submit work on behalf of others without explicit permission
Intellectual Property & Rights
Fly2High will always provide proper credit to the original creator.
- Vendors retain ownership of their content
By submitting content, vendors grant Fly2High permission to:
- Publish
- Distribute
- Display
Content Removal & Enforcement
Fly2High reserves the right to remove any content without notice if it:
- Was submitted without proper authorization
- Contains unauthorized third-party material
- Includes harmful or malicious files
Fly2High is not liable for vendor-submitted content but will act promptly to resolve reported issues.
Enforcement & Termination
Violation of these terms may result in:
- Removal of content
- Revocation of vendor access
- Additional action at Fly2High's discretion
Product Storage
All products submitted by Vendors are securely stored using industry-standard encryption and access control systems. Fly2High implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect content from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
