How do I install Fly2High scenery?

After purchase, download the installer or ZIP package. Run the installer (if provided) and point it to your MSFS Community folder. Alternatively, extract the ZIP and place the folder directly in your Community folder. Restart MSFS and the scenery will appear.

Where is my Community folder?

The Community folder location depends on your MSFS version:

MS Store: %AppData%\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Packages\Community

Steam: %AppData%\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator\Packages\Community

How do I set up Fly2GSX?

Fly2GSX requires GSX Pro to already be installed. Download the Fly2GSX profile pack from our Utilities page, then open GSX Pro Configurator and import the .py profile files for each airport. Detailed video tutorials are available on our YouTube channel.

Are updates free after purchase?

Yes! All product updates — including MSFS compatibility updates — are free for life after your initial purchase. You will receive download links via email when updates are released.

Can I use Fly2High products on multiple PCs?

Each license covers one user for personal use. You may install on up to 2 PCs belonging to you. Sharing licenses or distributing downloads is not permitted. Contact support if you need a household license.

What is your refund policy?

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if the product does not function as described and our support team cannot resolve the issue. Refund requests outside of this window are considered case-by-case. Please submit a support ticket to begin a refund request.
