User License & Usage Restrictions

By downloading or using Fly2High content, you agree that files are licensed for personal use only.

Claim any Fly2High or third-party work as your own

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products:

All sales are final
No refunds will be issued for downloadable products

For services or custom work:

Refunds are not available once work has started

For billing concerns, users may contact Fly2High support.

Donations

Donations are voluntary
They do not grant access to products, services, or special privileges
All donations are non-refundable

Paid Services & Custom Requests

Payments for services cover time, development, and expertise
All services comply with relevant developer agreements and EULAs
Ownership of final deliverables is defined per project agreement (if applicable)

Orders & User Responsibilities

When placing an order, you agree to:

Comply with all Fly2High policies
Failure to provide required information may result in delays or cancellation
Not to share purchased content
Not to redistribute or modify products without permission

Payment Processing

PayPal

Payments made via PayPal are processed securely through PayPal's systems and are subject to their policies.

Card & Digital Wallet Payments

Payments made via credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay are processed securely through supported payment processors (e.g., Stripe).

Giveaways

Open to users aged 16 and older
No purchase necessary
Entry deadlines are specified per giveaway
Fly2High may disqualify invalid entries at its discretion
Prizes cannot be substituted
Winners must respond within 24 hours to claim their prize
Winner names may be announced publicly
